Information related to the emergency closing of school will be available through local TV channels, radio stations, as well as being posted on our school’s web page and Facebook page. The District also uses SwiftReach SwiftK12 from PowerSchool to notify parents, students, and staff by text and email in emergency situations. Please make sure your cell phone number and email address are correct in PowerSchool in order to receive these notifications. For activity and event cancellations and/or changes Iowa Valley uses the rSchoolToday Activity Scheduler as our School Calendar. You can set yourself up for instant email notices on any changes to any activity and for automatic email reminders before any activity.
