RETURNING STUDENT POWERSCHOOL REGISTRATION
All returning families will need to complete the registration process to be prepared for the first day of school.
Refer to the directions below to enroll your students online.
Online registration for the 2024-2025 school year is anticipated to open on Tuesday, August 6th. Make sure to complete the registration through the PowerSchool website or app before the first day of school, Friday, August 23rd.
Option 1: PowerSchool Public Portal (by desktop)
- Follow https://iowavalley.powerschool.com/public/ and log in to PowerSchool by entering your username and password.
- Click Forms in the left navigation column to complete this year’s registration forms.

Option 2: PowerSchool App (by mobile device)
- Download the PowerSchool App on a mobile device and enter this code to connect to our PowerSchool: WGRK
- Touch More in the lower-right corner.
- Touch Forms to complete this year’s registration forms.

After Accessing PowerSchool...
After accessing PowerSchool from the Public Portal or from the App, accessing the “Forms” option will allow you to complete the registration process. Registration will need to be completed for each student separately. There will be nine sections of to review, and it is important that each section is accurate and complete.

Important Note:
CONTACTS - It is critical to ensure contact information for parental and emergency contacts is accurate. Mailing lists and notifications are pulled from the information in the Student Contacts portion of this form.
- Please include just one email per contact.
- Please do not type in all CAPS.
To check to ensure PS Registration is complete:
Click on "Forms" to make sure that all forms for all students are complete by ensuring that all form statuses are either "Submitted", "Approved", or "Pending Review".

We are excited for the 2024-2025 registration season, and we look forward to answering any questions you have during the registration process. Please contact your building secretary should a questions arise. In-person assistance will be available at each building between 8 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday, beginning August 6th.
